Add Sony to the shit list that Delta is on right now...My husband's laptop crashed approximately 2 months ago while he's been deployed. Sony sent a letter in the mail stating that his warranty expires on July 18th. After calling them and explaining to them that he was deployed and we didn't have a way to get it to them because he won't be home before the warranty expires, they told me I'll have to pay either $190.75 for another year of the warranty or $402.75 for a 3 year warranty.
