Hello sir i got frustrated servicing the cell phone w580i. it got three services in last three month and the reason is nothing its display gets blank by its own some times its keys stop working again by its own i don't know this the problem in manufacturing or the service center does not work efficiently. and once again this time its display got off. i got tired of taking it to service center and the most biggest problem is they keep it over a month... what is this?? did we make a mistake of purchasing the cell for 13000 rs. This computer was the worst purchase I have ever made, I wanted an Alienware laptop for several years after seeing them on display when Best Buy used to sale them. I am writing about the terrible service that Sears has for their "large appliances"and to forward anyone out there thinking of buying from them. I go to my email account with msn/hotmail... a yellow notice appears (your account has been closed) I have no idea why? I thought I was buying download for nero 8.2 trial and purchased 3 yrs service was given a user name and password but no serial number. a complete fraud. Also and more scary when i input my credit card details and got to the security password for my credit card i CANCELLED as i was not happy then, the payment was accepted though. I purchased a Vox 500 gig external hard drive from eCost last May for $99 that included two $10 rebates from Vox. The rebate information stated that if I registered on line I would not have to include the rebate form with my submission. I registered and then did not include rebate forms. Now Vox informs me that my rebate will not be honored because I did not include the forms and that resubmissions are not accepted. I emailed them my info as to online registration and received no response. I feel that the rebate process as Vox practices it is practically a scam. I bought a fuji camera from ecost with an extended warranty. The camera will not take pictures and I attempted to make a warranty claim with service net. They at this point will not honor the warranty. After numerous calls they take your information, put you on hold for minimum five minutes hoping I iwll go away. Do not buy from Ecost or Service Net, the warranty process is bogus. I iwll pursue until there is resolution. Anyone with similar problems please send me an email. These people market themselves as a computer systems monitoring company, watching small and medium sized business systems for security breaches and systems problems. What they don't tell prospective clients is that they outsource the monitoring to a company called Synergy, which does the actual monitoring. So, their clients could go directly to Synergy and get a better deal, since all techchex does is tack on their fees to what Synergy would charge for the exact same service. Warning! This company is bad news. Me and a coworker ordered both submitted a seperate order for two different batteries. He got his first and it was dead. He was able to get a new one after paying for more shipping and return shipping. The new one doesnt hold a charge as well as expected but is working. I had the 2TB version of this drive for just under 4 months, using it a few times a week, before it completely died. No lights, no fan - nothing worked. I described the problem to the customer service people, and they stated it was likely a power supply issue. I asked if a power supply problem would impact the data, and they said likely not.
