Hello , I bought a set Nokia set from BIG bazaar's Mobile bazaar section. On purchasing they provided me the set its was noticed that one accessory was less. They promised to spot deliver it to me at my office or home. I purchased it on 17/01/08 but till now they have not delivered it to me. Sent in documentation and have not received the $50.00 rebate.+ I have spent many hours on the phone and also attempted on serveral occasions to call l-877-258-1447, they in turn had me call 1-800-453-7638 and they told me to call 1-800-228-5015 which was the original number called. Just absolutely ridiculous. On 2-11-08 a UPS driver came to my door and slapped an already written out InfoNotice on the door. My neighbor tried to informed the gentleman that I was home, but to no avail. She called me and informed me of the situation and I ran outside and made an attempt to catch the driver to no avail. First of all I really wish I would have read these posts before I decided to enter into a business transaction with Fortuna. Moe from Fortuna enterprises sold me off $16,000.00 in merchandise. He put in writing and verbally committed that the items were refurbished in GRADE A condition (like new) and that they had 14 day warranty against defect. A little over half the 75 pcs. were broken and non-functional. He won't respond to e-mail nor phone calls and won't honor the warranty. My father purchased a phone from Phones4U for my Christmas present December 2006. The phone started turning itself off and refusing to charge at the beginning of December 2007. I hadn't taken out insurance but the phone was still within the 12 month warranty so we returned the phone to the Phones4U store from where it had been purchased.
