I have had 360 Share for over 3 years now on the same computer, with the same computer habits and have NEVER had a problem with fading music, downloads, etc. I have over 2500 songs downloaded with no issues. Our computer is still just as fast and responsive as it was the day I bought it from Best Buy. I use the new version of Media player for playback options, etc, and I only use 360 for the downloads. I was charged the $23.00 for the lifetime subscription that I was promised and never a penny more.
