My computer error messaged me that it could not find Macromedia Flash. I googled and located Advance Telecom Inc. as a provider for this software. I paid $49.90 USD as payment for this software. I have had nothing but problems with my Ricoh R-series camera's and will NEVER buy another one from them. Their service is appalling. I am suffering badly with my music system and have complained several times since last 5 months. I was cheated by charging Rs. 2468.00 as service charges whereas the system was never repaired. The system is lying with me in the same condition as it was earlier and I fear that the service personnels have taken out the good serviceable parts from the set to repair some other set as the company does not supply the spares to them in time or they also discard the old models. Bought four micro spy cameras off these people, and waited two weeks before I finally contacted them. They then claimed that there was a mix up, and instead of purchasing 4 micro cameras they claimed I purchased a power supply. Not surprisingly the same cameras that I supposedly didn't order went up in price from $49.99 to $99.99. We bought a Laptop from Futureshop and after a hardsell they sold their warranty to us. The computer had a problem in 2 days. They tested it for 2 minutes and they said my yahoo has some problems and they went on to say that we should know a little about computers before we buy them. Futureshop never gives warranty they will give you 200 reasons that the warranty cannot be covered. They will blame it on something. I purchased a Gateway MX6956 computer on 11/28/2006 from Best Buy #302 Skokie, ILL. The unit worked without any problems until August 2007 when the Sprint Mobile Broadband PCMCIA card failed to power up. Do not shop with ClickInks!!! They took my money and then did nothing! I made my transaction online via my credit card, then waited patiently for my shipment... and waited... and waited. I NEVER received my order. I tried to make contact with ClickInks several times both via phone and email. I could not get through by phone (busy signal). And never heard back via email. I'm just adding to the list of AT&T rebate complaints that are already online. Again just another case where the rebate never made it to me. One of the biggest mistakes I have committed is giving HP another try, several years ago we bought a HP Pavillion 6000 laptop from BJ's wholesale club. Within several months power board failed discharging the battery and we had it repaired by the warranty only to fail shortly after the warranty. It is serving at the moment as a nice paperweight. I purchased a Haier America washer/dryer combo last June. I used it once and after one wash cycle the unit broke. I called Haier and told them that the cycle selector knob was stuck and that the unit was not drying clothes properly.
