I am a subscriber to Airtel Mobile Service. I use a prepaid card service and my no. is +91999360630. First of all let me tell everyone that Airtel sucks big time. They have no respect for their customers peace. I receive unwanted calls and sms from Airtel at least 10 – 12 in a day and that too at any damn time. I am working and it becomes so annoying to receive such useless calls at time. Airtel Co. has never asked me for my permission to send such sms or for any promotional calls. Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a new TV, an LG unit. One month and two days after purchase the power supply blew (LG's service centre diagnosis). I have been having a Eureka Forbes water purifier for approx. 2 years and am satisfied with the product. Unfortunately around 10 days back the water purifier stopped functioning. I lodged a service request with the helpline and was told that a service engineer would come the next day morning. Since then everyday i have been calling the helpline with the assurance that a service engineer would come in the next hour but i am yet to see a service engineer. I had been a vodaphone user for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. In August, I purchased a Sony Ericsson W300i phone which came with a headset as an accessory. which I use all the time for music and the radio. Basically the problem is that the headset is such a shoddy and flimsy design that within a few weeks one of the spring clips that attach the headsdet broke off rendering it useless. Problem is these clips are made with flimsy brittle plastic that breaks easily and are certainly unsuitable for use in the moblle environment. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking. It is the obligation of the Company to immediately replace the product if it has got a manufacturing defect causing malfunctioning without even its having been put to use. I bought fujifilm f420 in Malaysia, it was product that made in japan. The camera has very bad AAA battery performance (1 shot with flash - alkaline batt / 15 shot with flash - 750mah Nimh) and slow charging of flash for following shot.
