On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. On November 23 I called them to ask what was up. They told me that the $19.95 was for my monthly membership dues. I knew nothing about the club and told them I did not want to be a member. These guys are big fraud. Addmarc advertising sold us coupons which are just piece of paper and on top of that ignis people are so misbehaved they dont know how to attend guests. I purchased 3 tickets for the Rockettes in Kansas City. When we got there I discovered the tickets were for New York and I was also charged for a personal audience with the Rockettes. I went to the Outback Goiânia, Goias, Brazil and during the payment I realized that the attendant had passed my bank card twice, in debit and credit. The other day I went to talk with the manager and I showed him my bank statement, he said the bank would return the money automatically. The bank did not returned my money. Received a call where I was told that if I subscribed to 5 magazines for a monthly fee (from my debit card) I would receive these magazines monthly and a $1000.00 gift certificate for Walmart Merchandise. Worst Customer Service EVER!!! - I made the mistake of ordering a set of dvds from this business one day ago. When I realized I did not need the dvds due to a gift I immediately contacted them by their only source which was email to request a cancel. I always felt that customer service in India would be good. But I was thoroughly disappointed. I wanted to buy tickets for my parents in India. This company has great food, but they are seriously challenged with their service and operations. They have an online delivery service which tells you when to expect the order. My time was 45 minutes. The first time I ordered, I got a call 10 minutes later asking me a question about my order. As she's hanging up the phone, she says, "okay, that will be an hour and 15 minutes." I ate at this Melting Pot tonight with a group of 8 mothers getting together for a fun girl's night out away from the kids. One mother in our group asked about a special she had heard about for $30 per couple that included cheese, chocolate, and a salad after 9pm. Today I had a Dish Supervisor tell me that even though we upgraded to the Dish 120 package that we lost the Hallmark Channel which our family watches alot. We would never have upgraded if their trained customer support people would have said, "Sir, you need to know that if you upgrade to the 120 package from the Family package that you will lose certain channels."
