I found that the software actually was slowing down my computer and caused my screen to free up. I sought a refund as per their instructions within 3-4 days of downloading their software. Received two unsolicited magazines today - Shape Magazine and Star Magazine. Called the 1 800 number found in one of the magazines. On calling it I was advised that they sent the magazine on orders of "Area Circulation" and they were unable to cancel. I was unable to find or reach a number to cancel the subscriptions. Was also told that I was on their list to receive a third different magazine. Byer beware, I just fell prey to this company who claimes that they are connected to microsoft and offer online virus protection which u can purchase.
