Dentrix is almost a really good dental ofc mgt software tool. Kudos on many things...BUT...what could be more basic than handling a credit card return/credit? Dentrix absolutley cannot do this. Well, where to even begin. I was treated like absolute *** when the restaurant itself had messed up my order. Drink order was wrong 5 times and then one didn't arrive for 35 minutes. Waitress, manager & several staff are Russian (appears to be a front for mail order brides). My son signed up at this site for a trial for $1.00. However, he CANCELED his account and they have charged 29.99 to his bank account. Here is the problem. Many people do not look at the bottom of their page where there is a pre-ticked terms of service agreement and un-tick it prior to hitting the purchase button for the dollar trial. My wife received a bill many months ago for a book and I paid the bill thinking it was for a book she ordered. It turned out she did not order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. My error in paying the bill caused the company to do it again and this time she has filed a better business bureau complaint (bbb.org).
