Ordered a veggie burger going through drive thru! Took 15 minutes, They take each order one at a time and serve them before taking the next order! OMG I finally got to the window and expressed how long it took nicely and the girl tells me she knows and turns and walks away like "oh well get over it"! Our business credit card has been charged 4 times for $14.99 for a service that was nto authorized. I have called several times, ther first time they could find my account, then when I called back they couldn't find it and the call was dropped by them. Everytime that I try to call and talk to someone I get hung up on. Try calling 1-800-444-8011 for customer service. The service we received at Ninos in Kenilworth Centre was SHOCKING! The food arrived 45 minutes after we had ordered. Each order was cold, and my chips were under cooked. The company charges money for a service (movie downloads) it does not directly provide. The software used is "Vuze" which may be downloaded for free. They claim "unlimited access" to movie downloads "24/7", but this service is not in fact provided by them directly (again, provided by Vuze). They have a customer assistance system to answer questions, but my complaints in this regard have never been answered directly. This company continuously mailed books to our home. Each package was unopened and immediately returned to sender. At times, even our mail carrier asked us if we wanted the package left and he returned it directly to the post office. We were sent invoices for these books. We called Heritage Family Library, explained we did not want the books, asked them to discontinue sending them and also explained that each shipment we received was returned unopened. TEM Concepts is an awful company to work for. They sell DirecTV at Best Buy and Sam's Club among other places occasionally. They have you drive to their office every morning before he ships you off all over the place, sometimes as far as 45 miles away, all without reimbursement. These meetings consist of the owner coming in and telling you your not doing well enough before he goes and plays golf.
