During a recent business trip to USA my husband bought me a Nook as a gift. We are resident in Malawi, Africa. He told the sales person that he is bringing it to Africa. When I tried to register it I were told that it can only be used in USA and Canada. They are willing to give me a refund if I take it back to the store where is was bought. I was charges $25 for a renewal of my Barnes and Noble membership over a month prior to when the account should have expired. Not only does this short me a month of membership it also is not a valid renewal as I never pre-approved the renewal. This radio service has horrendous billing practices. They promise you one thing and something totally different shows up on your cc report. When I was finally able to talk to a real person, they tried to make me out as the bad guy. They said I must have misunderstood what they were saying. We wait for sunday lunch. When given a table noticed that the table was not wiped down very well and the cutlery was not much better. One relative wiped the forks, knives with a tissue and the blokes went to order the drinks. On return to the table we asked for the table to be cleaned.
