Got a letter call from ICR collection agency stating that we owed $299 for an accounts payable publication we did not authorize shipment of. I find that the customer service in Brooklyn branch of TWC is really lacking. We have been trying to transfer our Triple Play Service (cable, phone, internet) to our new apartment for about a month now. Our first scheduled technician appointment never happened. As a customer for 4 years this once was a great product. In the past 6 months their tech support (all Indian now) just sends an email and says unload and reload. It is their status quo, if you can even get through to tech support. When you dial their 323-257-8886 you continuously get a busy tone. Recently took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese and purchased $15.00 worth of tokens for games and two bags of cotten candy. The cashier rudely told me that we could not use a table because we just didn't purchase food. I just spent more money than any of their food products cost! I bought 5 Indian movie DVDs from them. Two of them were totally defective. I e-mailed them to say the nature of defects and I wanted to return them for credit card refund or substitute DVDs of same value.
