A complain was lodged on the 8th of dec 2010 regarding channel transmission(most channels cannot be viewed), having complained they still haven't come on the following day i.e 9th of dec but charged me Rs 175 for alignment(bill no 3541)after two days it was back to square one and despite repeated calls they still have not responded. I worked at this hell hole for about six months and ended up leaving because of the discrimination towards newer employees, the open drug use of employees, the discrimination towards LEGAL immigrants working there, and the fact they they not only refuse to give breaks (which is agianst Massachusetts state law), but will do anything to save money, and that includes reducing the pay of veteran cooks that have been there for years so they will quite and be replaced by lesser paid employees. I ordered a DVD box set which compared to other sites was a lot lower in price so I ordered it from this site. I didn't look close enough at the shipping costs until I got a confirmation email which was glitchy looking (it didn't show the full charging price) I checked my bank account and it was way higher than I paid for the set and fake re-ordered and saw they charged $25 shipping which said it would take 10-14 days. Webwatcher Software and service is not reliable and unstable with the Norton A/V products. Have had three occasions when it ceased recording and uninstalled. It even disable ability to access internet entirely after we purposely uninstalled the software from one computer. After spending hours of wasted time with technical help, Webwatcher didn't solve the software glitch. McAfee does not protect your computer... they renew subscriptions a full 30 days before expiration, with no prior warning... you just get an email to say they've done it already.
