I listened to my new Josh Groban cd and did not care for his singing style. I tried to return the cd to the Kmart to get a different cd of the same value or more and they would not do anything about it. Even the store manager said that nothing could be done. I am disgusted in the service you receive from calling Xbox360 Call center. 0508555592. I have had to get my Xbox360 repaired twice. I spend at least 30 mins on the phone just to verify my name, address and phone number. I know who I am! Why do they need to ask me if its me? Unnecessary waste of time! I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. Sir, I had bought a sony wega CRT TV of 21 inches.Sony is claiming that it provides the unmached viewing quality in its product.I have paid comparatively a very high amount expecting that the product will give enhanced picture quality and sound.
