Dawn Marie or Platinum Mini Bulldogs is very unorganized. She will e-mail you picture after picture after picture until you leave your deposit...thats when the pictures stop. Once they get your money, she could really care less if you get a puppy or not. It seems like more frequent than not, another litter didnt make it. So then you wait and wait and wait some more. She has been hard to get a hold of at times for a week plus at a time. To me this is very unprofessional. Her excuses were family issues, but to me, you shouldnt ignore your customers, you should get someone else to take over. I bought two packs of cat food at HK$119 each but was charged $143 each (about 15% difference!). I didn't notice the price difference until I got home. I then went back to the store but the salesperson refused to return the difference to me. I filed a complaint to the Consumers Council. He weighs about 70 lbs and is taller than the average bulldog. New people have taken office over and have raised the prices of the medications drastically. You can get them online way cheaper than here. I had a very bad experience with this animal hospital! I took my puppy to have him neautered! They put the wrong size collar on him after surgery and when I walked out front he got hit by (2) cars! They only offered (5) minutes of there time to help me try and find him! I looked for (3) hours in the dark 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. After constant attempts trying to reach the owner and getting bull excuses we finally received papers on him in September she told us when we picked him up we would get them in 2 weeks. Our dog started getting spots on him that looked bloody our vet told us he had dermodectic mange which was inherited from the mother and dogs with this condition were to be spayed or neutered and not to be bred.
