My complaint is against Carefree Petcare for services not rendered and unprofessional conduct. I hired Carefree Petcare to provide daily pet sitting services to my cats from 3/10/08-6/4/08. I have no idea if Terminix is a good pest control service or not, but the commercial now showing on TV which shows a termite crawling out of Ben Franklin's eye (on a $100 bill) is the most stomach-turning I have ever seen. Formal Elegance is the most unorganized business I have ever been to. They mislead you just so they can get your money. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses March 7th. I was told that they only take 6weeks to return. It has now been 3 months and all of my dresses are not back. That leads me to believe they did not order my dresses when they were suppose to. I purchased a puppy from this breeder, he developed hip dysplasia at 16 months old. We were devastated to learn the diagnosis, the Halls were uncaring and sent nasty emails and were downright cruel in their response to us. Hello, Bharamatrimony all of a sudden came up with this idea of auto-renewing the memberships and charging the credit cards without notifying the members. Irish Hills Danes sold me what I thought was a show quality puppy. Thats what they said, that is what I paid for. Two days after I received the puppy I had her checked out by my vet and that was the first vet that told me there was a problem with her bite. I notified them and they assured me there was no problem. I then contacted there vet and they said there were some bite issues with some of the puppies but would not be specific. On 5/22/08, we took our 2 year old Poodle, Bobby to your clinic for a physical examination. As a part of this examination, the Vet took Bobbys temperature with a rectal thermometer. His procedure, I thought at the time, was unnecessarily rough and Bobby reacted with severe pain when the thermometer was jammed into his rectum. We bought a kids car costing $299.00. We also paid $39.99 for a year services. We had an issue with the car about 4 months ago. Toys R Us asked us to take the car to a 3rd party service provider.
