House of talent has terrible customer service. Their photo's are good but they their editing and customer skills stink. I first used Discount Pet Drugs in June 2009. The first two shipments of a prescription medication for my dog arrived without problem. But in early January, I re-ordered and it never arrived. DPD claims that the address label didn't print out my full address so the package couldn't be delivered. Some of the staff is rude and inexperienced. There used to be great staff at this hospital, they have all moved on, and for good reason. We recently purchased at this store an aquarium product that was marked on the shelf as being $7+. When we returned home with our purchase, including this item, we found that this store charged us over $10, half again the price as marked on the shelf. Bought 4 cats, 1st curly one never grew a coat had to be neutered, the other 3 breeders had HCM. Didn't know this until litters came and had many dead kittens. My puppy was fine before it went to glamour grooming. Then 3 days after he was there he got very sick. The vet said that a lot of illness will take that long to show. He said that he had treated several cases of kennel cough from dog that were groomed at Glamour Grooming. He said my puppy had the same bacteria that two of the other sick dogs had. Iam so disappointed in a line of products from "Pet Organics" They sell sprays for your furniture to deter cats from scratching your couches, chairs etc. "No Scratch" should be called "Do Scratch"! Not only does it not work it attracts cats to the spray and they immediately scratch in that spot even worse! I gave it to a friend and her cat did the same thing.
