I didn't cash what few checks they sent me and sent a letter explaining they did nothing for me and NOT to collect his check. My husband has been trying for months to get a crown for a root canal he received. BCBS of MA keeps denying the claim. They told the dental office that my husband needed to go see a specialist to find out if the crown would last 5 years. THAT'S REDICULOUS! This is a definite puppy mill. I bought a golden puppy from this lady not long ago she has about 30 golden retrievers locked in 10x10 fencing kennels. The dogs walk around in their own feces and urine and get NO exercise. Bowls and water buckets are nasty, and they sleep outdoors in the cold on metal for their beds, for it is VERY SAD. Although this happened years ago I thought it is worth a complaint here. One evening my mother opened a new can of dog food to feed the dog and after scooping out a portion she found in the food what seemed to be a small sliver of wood. It was lucky she found it because if the dog swallowed it god knows what would of happened. She cleaned the bit of wood and sent it to the company with a letter saying the dog could of choked on it or worse, and what did they do? only send back a letter of apology and nothing else. Sold 3 kittens without health certs. Kittens went to new homes with herpes, and pneumonia. One kitten was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor Cancer. Another kitten died within 2 weeks.
