Bought a puppy that was supposed to be purebred Peke. Have papers saying he is peke, but he is not. In answer to Marihet about her refund. We did pay her, her refund on the 22 of May. Up until this date I was not in my offices because of the Baby Expo in Jhb. On our website it is clearly stated that you can only claim UIF 1) if UIF is deducted from your salary 2) that if you only work on commission you can not claim UIF. I took my dog in for grooming and they cut him not once but twice, once on his testicals and then again on his penis this one needing a stitch. If that is not bad enough they tried to hide it from us and did not call us when it happened, saying they did not know he bad been cut. I find it very hard to believe that you could cut enough skin off the end of a dogs penis that it required a stitch and not notice. They are paying my vets bills but I would strongly suggest you find another place to have your pet groomed as here they either do not pay any attention whilst grooming or they just don't care about injuring peoples pets. read full review »

I dropped the dog off at approximately 8 PM, December 29th and by midnight the dog was missing. This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. We bought a sweet yorkie from her last summer; upon arrival, she had kennel cough and coccidia, which her immune system never recovered from. Please be advised that if your dog gets attacked at Flying High Doggy Daycare the owner will NOT take responsibility for the vet bill, will NOT check up on your dog to see if he/she is OK, and will brush you off and let you deal with your wounded dog by yourself. I am 28 yoa, my mother and father divorced when i was 3 months. i have never received a dime of support note thats in the divorce decree 150.00 a month. My father has received ssi all my life i know because he has sickle cell disease. Sunday, May 17, 2009 we picked up our many dogs from the PetSmart Queen Creek, AZ hotel. Cashier 296982 was very, very abrupt and rude.
