Worst purchase I have ever made. Whirlpool Cabrio washer machine is worthless. This machine fails to operate: always out of balance, adds grease marks to clean clothes, takes an hour to wash whites, and the list goes on. LG has sub-par product & service. Bought side by side LSC27931st fridge 1 year ago & from day 1 had ice maker problems(grinding/clogging, & at the end of the year-just avalanching ice on the floor in the middle of the night). According to a signed contract, Delcardo Botswana has manufactured and installed a custom made kitchen cupboards. Kitchen worktops are supposed to be made of proprietary Caesar Stone (stipulated in the contract), but material used is poorly sealed indian knock-off which deteriorated within the 3 weeks upon full payment from my side. Now, Mr Mario de Sousa (owner and manager of Delcardo Botswana) is avoiding to replace the material and/or refund the cost for replacement. Once I received the Redi Set Go, the first problem was the bottom pan coating started coming off. Yes, I did season the pan. Then the timer come lose and I did not know how long I was cooking without using a regular timer. Part of the exterior paint popped off. While cooking a steak, the knob melted off. This company repaired leaks on my roof 2 months ago with a 7year warranty attached. 3 week ago i noticed that one of the areas that was fixed was now leaking again so i phoned them. I spoke to the owner who said he would phone me back in a week to make a time and date to do the repairs . My NIPSCO bill was generated on 8/13/2010 stating that I had a past due amount of 266.53, total amount due of 447.84 and 181.31 due on 9/2/2010. Meter reading date was between the 13th and 15th. Nipsco's customer service manual states that they MUST send a disconnection notice and they can't disconnect until 14 days have passed from the issue of the disconnection notice. Apartment with full of mouses and never been resolved by apartment leasing management even with may complaints. Also there were gaps at the walls that even the base boards could not hide. Windows installed within a week which was good. They the faults that had to be rectified went on and on and on. Old Republic Home Protection does not pay on there claims. I had a working A/C when I bought the property and I purchased the ORHP warranty. Shortly after I closed the property, the A/C failed. I had a Home Inspection Report that indicated that the A/C was working but Old Republic still refused to pay the claim siting that the claim was a pre-existing condition, Even though the policy clearly states that pre-existing conditions are covered.
