We purchased a new 5th Wheel 2/12/2011 and have had a Dometic Refrigerator that would not work It retailed for 2600.00 and how the got that high price no one knows. The dealership wanted to test it and to test it again, per Dometic instructions, with no results. They had one of their technician come out and put large amounts of toxic chemicals in our carpet which continued to irritate our eyes and caused breathing Difficulties. I bought 3 appliances from the in 2008. The original shipment was screwed up and we only recieved 2 of them. I called them and they said there was a mistake, that they would follow up and get back to me. The remaining appliance (a dishwasher) showed up several weeks later. This company ruined my lawn... They aerated and oveseeded in the fall. A part of my lawn died and turned to mud. The overseeding was spread into my mulch beds and now my landscaping grew grass... Put in a claim to get roof fixed and roofers had defective material. Had to replace the entire roof again and had leaks and roof damaged caused by workers the second time. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of work done by New Tech Drywall. The walls of our beautiful new home were destroyed and left unrepaired. The owner walked out on a job not completed and left scratches, gouges and cracks in the walls and ceilings. Our only recourse now is court action. Sri Kalki Supreme is a construction company in Hyderabad. Their project in Madeenaguda called Kalki Heights is the worst project I have ever seen in my life. We have had several roofers from different companies look at our roof and they say we have hail damage. We had the contractor from State Farm say we have hail damage, but now the adjuster claims we have no hail damage -- she has been doing this for 2 years - what kind of experience of does she have?? In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. Their website showed a complaint with an answer that they have a big sign in their store saying that they have 12 weeks to deliver. It has now been 12 weeks for us, so I paid them a visit. I had a collapsed cast iron pipe under my slab so called rooter router as they I thought had a good rep so the first guy came and try to snake out the pipe but could not find a clean out so charged me 600 to put one in which required ding 3 feet down cutting the pvc and put in an up pile took an hour to do and 15 dollars in parts so way over charge on that but that did not fix anything so a guy with a cam came out and camed down the toilet and found the collapsed pipe but refused to cam from the clean out which would of shown the schedule 40... read full review »

The Surveillance cameras that they say are always on are not available. Something of mine was stolen and I couldnt even check the cameras to see who may have taken it. What are they there for? The condo that I live in contracts out to Russell Plumbing and on several occassion my husband or I have had to deal with them. We would never use them for ourselves and are a bit bummed that the condo gives this company any business. The latest service yesterday and today were the worst encounters for me. The water and ice dispenser on my newly delivered LFX28978SB French Door refrigerator quit working after 20 minutes. The panel showed "ER CF". I purhased a £350+ Frankie rug from Laura Ashkley approximately 8 weeks ago, since purchase is has been shedding the wool. It is in part of the house that doesnt have much traffic and I have not hoovered it with it being a shaggy rug. My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay. Times are tough enough right now. Started off well. Put in new power drop with permit. However, he didn't get a permit to install new wire or change kitchen wiring. I didn't know this until the end. He wired certain things but didn't label them in the breaker box. He ran wires that he left unconnected in the attic. Bill Norris left a flyer on our door after a tornado hit our community. He came out and said he could get State Farm to cover us for a new roof that was leaking, due to wind and hail damage. 1/9/11 State Farm inspected our roof and said they would replace it on 1/12/2011 Mr Norris of Norkobi, Inc. asked for a deposit of $2590.15 to cover the materials and labor and within two to three weeks we would have a new roof.
