I purchased a 1 slice pizza combo.The pizza that was under the light was old and no sauce on it.I asked if I could wait for a fresh piece.The lady said sure it would be 6 mins. so I waited, she came back to me after waiting about 15mins at this time.She then asked me wat I was waiting again after she cooked two orders of pretzels, one pepperoni pizza.She then put the pizza I waited for in but she assumed I orderd a whole pizza but I told her twice it was one slice.So since she cut the pizza in small pieces she put another one in so now I have waited over 30 mins for one slice of pizza.I dont think that was good customer service. read full review »

After 3 weeks it did not arrive so I called the number on the charge card statemt for the charge. I was given the message, " This is Cady, Please leave me a message and I will get back to you." He told me he would pay me $19.95 per report and that he would pay me on the 1st and the 15th. The first came around and no check which he said he sent off. My daughter purchased a purse supposedly on sale in this gift shop, thinking she really got a deal only to find out it was cheap, fake and not even worth the sale price. This clip shop took a beautiful hair style that needed a little trim and turned it into a very bad, little boys hair cut. This person couldn’t have passed classes. I bought a brand new pair of Adidas trainers last week for 34.99. Now I've worn them 2 times and the back bottom of them are peeling away. It looks like both sides are almost coming away after 2 days wearing them (No extra-curricular activities, just walking). Picture included.
Do I have a right to complain and ask for a new pair? All my friends in retail say I definitely do. I went to the shop and the Manager said "Adidas would laugh at him" if he tried to return them.
Do I have a case or should I just glue them and put up with it?

Elite Staffing is a FAKE. They also call themselves ESN. I have applied for 3 different jobs thru with always a promise to call at a certain time of day. Still waiting on the call. I should've known that any company that offers $17-18 hr for a receptionist job is full of BS. Also they usually say "Company confidential" and "phone confidential". BEWARE of these that do, esp of ELITE STAFFING also goes by ESN. Also couldn't get a real address to ANY of the locations except the HQ in Illinois...so screw you ESN!!! read full review »

Purchased some virgin indian hair from tear people when I first for the item the hair smelled terrible.. That should have been my first red alert but I said to my self before I go on bhm and bash te company let me email Dionne the customer service representative .. DO NOT give these people your bank details in order to receive a 'trial'. I stupidly clicked on an advert that I saw for some tablets that help your metabolism and make you feel less hungry. It said that you can receive a 'trial' of these tablets for only £4, which I thought I would try. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! This is the second time I have submitted a complaint about this issue. I purchased 6 Country Living Towels from Sears.com about 2-3 months ago and have been generally happy with them. went along to have highlights already having the brazilian keratin treatment. I explained this to the staff who originally seemed very kind and polite. With the keratin treatment you need to wash it with a special shampoo otherwise it comes out. Despite having told them, the stylist washed the treatment out worth £150!!!

I bought a 48 inch by 18 ftpool last year at this time at your store. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty on it. I called warranty people and told them I have rip in pool cover. I was told by them they dont't cover the pool cover, to call manufacturer which I have been trying for a WEEK. Polypool has a recorded message that says all lines are busy for 45 minute wait. We packed my husband's raincoat, my raincoat and umbrella, the 2 bags we carried were locked. We boarded the Pacific Jewel in Sydney on 2 May and returned to Sydney 12 May. We had not used the items and in June when the rain set in we discovered that the two raincoats and umbrella were missing. We had a good trip but are disappointed that this type of petty pilfering happened leaving a bad taste about P&O.
