I remeber my nightmare on April 2006. I had a pain in my stomack. They did alot of test and put a catheter in me and expose me naked with only a sheet to keep me warm. I had no gown on for a few hours. I wish hospitals would have soft blankets such as merino wool blanket or acrylic blankets. This company is horrible!!! Horrible!!! They shipped this in a cardboard box, with paper and just one "ice pack". This chocolate will not make it anywhere in the original condition. When I received it, it was completed melted. There are many ways to ensure chocolate makes it to a destination without melting (i.e. dry ice, foam containers, etc), but this company is too cheap and too inconsiderate to use any of those. Took a brand new suit in for pressing only. When I picked it up, the lapel was pressed incorrectly covering the top button making it impossible to button without the suit buckling up.
