Avoid this company at all cost! This company operates an office out from kuala lumpur and promises you everything to get you into the job. Once into it, you will soon realise its all not so true as what they promise you in the first place. Mo proper training or support given. Every month it is the same problem. The pharmacy calls saying the prescriptions are ready and 2 days later when I go to pick them up they are not ready. I have tried on 3 occasions to refill a prescription with NextRx (Wellpoint) - used to do this with Express Scripts. On each occasion when I log on access is in progress for 2 minutes or more, at which time I disconnect and try again. On each occasion I have made several attempts. I can only guess that this is a situation where a company could provide better on-line service by providing additional bandwidth/computing power but doesn't want to spend the money. I am an extremely unhappy customer of Sona Med Spa. I started off with laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line. $4000 later, no results and a WHOLE lot of pain. Women, do not buy Nexxus Dualiste Dual-Benefit (Color Protection/Anti-Breakage) Shampoo. The pump on the top of the container doesn't work. You have to keep pressing and pressing with all your might to get even one drop of shampoo out of it. I broke a screw driver trying to pry it open. Then I had to throw the (very expensive) product away unused. I bought this product in a Duane Reade store in NYC. This employer has a firing practice of "one strike you are out" treatment of its employees. Many of these employees are college students working their first jobs of serving, valet, docks, etc. These college students are very much working to pay for their schooling. Be very careful when ordering Barelifts from this company. Their website shows 10 barelifts cost only $10 with 6.99 shipping/handling. Waited for 3 months and got 2 different pairs of progressive lenses with 3 distance viewing. I could not use either pair to read in my office. (Could only see distance comfortably with them.) Could read print only by moving my head to about 6 different areas to find the "very tiny" reading area. I had a stiff neck every time I tried to wear them. I could not order on line. The site kept telling me that I needed to place my order by phone. I finally called, and when I wanted to use American Express, I was told that their server for AMEX was down. They wanted VISA. With VISA you have no recourse.
