I have had very unpleasant and unprofessional business here from patient to doctor activities and thoroughness of exams . I often feel they call me in or send to THIS office to make money and waste my time all for me to have to go to the Highlands Ranch to get things right. I was employed with Express Scripts, or ESI as they call themselves for 10 months. During this time, I was both mentally and emotionally abused. They are selling an inferior excuse for health insurance, claiming that "up to 70% of your co-insurance will be covered". That's probably true in 1 case out of a thousand. In the other cases, you're lucky to get 20% of co-insurance. They sell you that there are really no out of pocket expenses on a hospital stay but what does that really mean to us? Well, on a hospital stay that normally costs $30, 000, we would be liable for $15, 000 or so according to what I've seen. That certainly is not "no out of pocket". BEWARE! I also had a negative experience with this company. They use several different names "BODY CONTROL & FAJAS C", "Fajas on line", "Underwear Max" which creates unnecessary confusion. I purchased an item at a Hollister, which has tax on clothing. I went to return the item at the Hollister in a city that does not have tax on clothing. The cashier processed my return without returning the tax I paid on the item. When I asked them about it they flat out refused to give my the tax I paid back. The manager even laughed at me. In hue and cry company notice period policy changed and enforced w.e.f from the day mail came from GM's desk. At the time of joining, notice period was 1 month and now one fine morning you reach office and find that it has been changed to 3 months effective from same day. This complaint is very very true and accurate. The comment proceeding the complaint however is not. I had a similar experience with Dossett Dental in Hurst. I found them on the insurance preferred listing and made a same day appointment as I had a very badly infected tooth in need of a root canal. On 2 jul 2010 at 9.15pm, i went to purchase the Unagi meal from the Japaness food Stall in Takashimaya food court. I was recently in Hong kong, I Purchased seven sets of Playing cards from the new Tiffany shop in Kowloon. On leaving the shop I pushed open the two enormous metal swing doors. I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise.
