On August 6, 20009 a bottle of Nature Pure arrived. I had to go to the post office to pick it up so I knew they did that to track the shipment. This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. For a buffet the selection was not very large. What was there was not very good. The food wasn't the worse part though. The employees wore flip flops and no uniform of any kind. One man was wearing tight short shorts with his flip flops. The same man was wiping the sweat off his head and then refilling the food. Another employee dropped a rag on the floor and then washed of tables with it. A busser looked like she wore her "uniform" all week. To top it all off the glasses were about the size of half a cup. i had an appointment on Sat. 16, 2009 and first of all i had no privacy in the dressing room. The ad on craigslist only says it needs study participants over 18 and over 100 pounds and will give you $1200 compensation. The email response says you need to go to a web site to have Acai berry supplements mailed to you, that you need to take them for 2 weeks, mail pictures of yourself during the 2 week trial and after the 2 weeks you will be mailed the $1200. I ordered the free trail and they charged my credit card for the shipping and handeling and before I even got the pills another 84.01 for the next order. I tried to call them and was on hold for over 3 hours finally hung up and tried again and was on hold for another hour. When I finally got a hold of a customer rep. they told me there is nothing they could do for me and I could not return the pills or get my money back. They wouldn't even let me speek to a supervisor. I took a free trial of Acaiburn products, and supplied my debit card no as payment for postage, unknown to me was small print stating that I was subscribing to a product for a monthly fee, and had to cancel in writing. I have tried to get on Acaiburn website, cannot, have no emails to which to respond etc. I do not wish to receive any further supplies of this product, and in fact would like my money returning to me that has already been debited, this is obviously a scam. We have had a Zales credit card now for about 5 months. We are never late on a payment, usually pay well before the due date.
