The manger/ our waiter charged a 18% gratity to our table. Being a server myself I understand the need of adding a gratuity to a large party. Usually when you feel you are deserving of a great tip and there are atleast 6 to 8 adults. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. One of which was an infant and the other a ten yr old. I took up this free trial for tea from the US and it ended up costing me $100 Australian per box of 60 tea bags. As I found out later I can buy the equivalent for $4 on ebay. I'm out of pocket $400. I went to a San Francisco gastroenterologist named Dr. Elsen for a colonoscopy. During the procedure he squeezed and rubbed my genitals, which is not part of the procedure. His office told me my insurance covered the entire cost, yet I was sent a bill for more than $150, which I refused to pay. He sent the bill out for collection. Wow! This is the absolute worst experience with a company that I have ever had. The customer service rep that I spoke to the first time I called was verbally abusive and threatening.
