In Oct 2005, these dentists (3 at the time) grossly overfilled a root canal on back molar and squirted Sargenti paste into my nerve channel. They concealed the overfill and use of Sargenti and left it for me to diagnose myself. Sargenti paste contains formaldehyde and when it comes in contact with nerves, it destroys them... or pickles them like they do for embalming. Sargenti has been REJECTED for approval by the FDA. Where has the service gone. This DME provider (now the only durable medical equipment provider in the Phoenix area) is in serious need of investigation either internally or by the insurance companies that pay them. Equipment is extremely slow in delivery, sales persons do not return calls, and there is a general disregard of the consumer by the personnel. It appears as though the employees have no supervision (or a very poor one) as they can do what they want, when they want, and to whom they want. The office did in fact see me for an emergency with an abscessed tooth prescibing an antibiotic with a followup visit to extract the tooth. The intermediate laision individual contacted me the day before the extraction, to state we need clearance from your MD due to the aspirin you take from the initial patient information sheet from last fall. I do not take aspirin now - Only for the time from a broken foot. In the meantime, I have run out of the meds - I called this laision with no return call. Although they readily answered the phone, that's where the customer service ends! Everyone you speak to is a "supervisor" who has NO supervisor. I ordered a trial bottle of ColonCure and was given 14 days to cancel. By the time it arrived at my address 12 days had already passed. I tried calling to cancel, only to waste an hour and a half on hold with no one answering. I tried for several days to cancel but I could not get anyone on the phone . I had breast augmentation with Dr. Asaadi several years ago which resulted in one of my implants bottoming out and dropping more than one inch below the other breast. Optical department provided a quote for standard optical exam and glasses. The optical office operations charged the total amount at time of service not discounting the expected insurance reimbursement. JC Penney's then filed the claim. The insurance company then reimbursed PC Penney’s and not me, the customer. Therefore JC Penney's was paid twice. However, PC Penney's refuses neither to refund the payment to me nor to send back to the insurance company. This company sells HoodiBurn and has a history with its customers of stealing money from your bank account. They keep your debit and credit card information and continue to remove or charge to these cards without your permission or knowledge. They have a number to call but no one ever returns the calls and it sounds as though the voice mail was done while riding in a vehicle with the windows down. I have (had) a pair of ecco boots, insulated, gore tex lined. no problem with the water proof aspect, but the sole disintegrated and cracked in half. they did not wear out, but fell apart. For the last couple of months I have told the dentins that I had sensitivity to cold and pain when I bit down on hard foods. The dentist told me that it was my wisdom tooth, and that I should have it pull. To make a long story short, I had the tooth pulled and there is still pain. They have since then changed the name of the products - the products are the exact same thing just now have a new label. I ordered the PorActiv package and was automatically given a free months worth of the VitaClear. After my daughter tried it she got sick, vomiting and such. I immediately canceled the product and was told that they had already shipped the new months worth.
