On April 22, 2006 I ordered an Easton Stealth CNT -5 Senior League Baseball Bat which was received in the first week of May and billed to my credit card on May 2, 2006. I ordered a Tru Ceramic Pro back in October of 2005. It was right before I was about to move into my new house. Bought Grouper Fish today (07/12/06) at Ingles Grocery, Clayton, GA 30525. The intake person said it would take approximately an hour, which I thought was odd because they are not known for having several items in stock. If you are considering using an insulin pump, I would strongly advise you to look at alternatives other than Minimed. Erery time you call, you will get a runaround. They put up new hurdles to jump over for re ordering on a weekly basis it seems. “Customer Support” is an oxymoron to them. Purchased a bathing suit from this company returned it as per their return policy they never credited my account for the return. Had my CC company remove the charge. Now I have been turned over to collections for the entire amount of the purchase and shipping and handling plus some. I did exactly what their return policy stated and still was taken for a ride. I signed up and then after receiving my first shipment, called the company and canceled my requests so that I would not receive any future shipments or changes to my account. I returned the shipment and received a credit for it. However, a month later I received another box. This company is hard to reach and does not honor the requests of their customers when they which to cancel their original request for their products. I have since received two shipments and charges to my account. I can't get them to STOP. I guess the best course of action is to see if the bank can block all future invoice payments. I went the physician to get treatment for a sinus infection. I filled out all their paperwork with all my insurance and confidential information. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours to see the doctor and there were 2 people in the waiting room. We signed up to get the magazines and we received a single magazine along with a bill of $298.00 for the membership fee which we did not agree to, we mailed back the bill to them and said we did not agree to this and to cancel everything.
