This company along with their product is nothing less than a scam. They trick you into a subscription for their product and when you get the surprise next shipment a month later you have already tried their product and realize that the product is horrible. It leaves your hair dirty and heavy. When you call to get a refund they tell you to ship it back...but it costs more to ship it back then the product is worth. My mother started her Medicare Part D plan in 2008. I retained Aetna for her in 2009 and I still kept them in 2010. Despite knowing the changes in their Drug Formulary, there was no need to change plans given I was ASSURED that my mothers' prior authorizations would still cover 4 medications - in writing.
