My attorney failed to file the motions nessessary, aswell as seopenaing any evidence that I required to exculpitory from any guilt. They have been asked to stop calling, but they continue several times a day(Sometimes 4 or 5 times a day. Than they will have a women call and try to sell pron. They have been doing this for over a year. They will swear and cuss me out when i ask them to stop calling. Today 5/27/11 someone called and ask me to verify an order that I did not make. A person who has identified himself as David Hall and James Thomas is placing calls to our business phone number. He askes for a female name of which we have no one employed here by that name. We have explained repeatedly that this is a business number and that he needs to remove us from his calling list as we have no one by the name he is requesting. The man then gets very irrate and beligerant and states he will continue to call over and over. We hang up the phone and he places numerous calls in a row back to our office.
