I hired this attorney in May of 2009, at that time he had a BBB rating A. Today it is an F and for good reason. I was told when I hired them for a mortgage modification that it would take up to 90 days with an interest rate of 2.5%. It is now March 2010! and still my modification is not done. Received 7 phone calls in 2 days calling to provide us with information regarding Colorado Technical institute. They were asking for my daughter but calling my cell phone. They refused to take me off the list because they said my daughter had requested the information. My daughter is in her second year of pharmacy school and is not interested in an online school.
