I received an unsolicited phone call pertaining to credit card debt. When I told the rep I was not interested in the offer he presented which was to settle on debt at only 60% of the total, he became very condenscending. Especially after I informed him that the remaining 40% was taxed by the federal government as debt cancelation once the debt was settled. Ostling & Associates sucks! They never return phone calls, they screw up the paperwork all the time on your bankruptcy! Don't use them! I was targeted by Bonnie Kling an administrator and subsequently fired for no reason. She was on a mission to get me fired and I have no idea why. This has happened on four separate occasions. I frequent online purchases and each comes with tracking codes to verify where and when your package is and arrives. This company takes money from a person and promises about employment and H1B Visa to USA. They give all sorts of assurances about their clientele and projects. But after taking money they stop taking calls and email replies within few weeks/months. If they reply also, then that will be similar replies like "They have applied for H1B Visa but its still in Initial Stage with USCIS" and so on. And you will never get the proper status or proof that they have really applied. Unfirtunately you are fooled and lose your hard earned money.
