Legal Recoveries hired a law firm to sue me, claiming I owe Legal Recoveries money. To my knowledge I have never had an account with them. I say this because I do have old debts and I have paid most of them. This company may have contacted me on behalf of Citibank. That debt is 7 yrs old. On November 23, 07 a day after Thanksgiving my car was impounded for abandonment. We were then being charged 160 for towing and 35 per day for storage fees. It turns out they wanted us to pay 350. Yes we know the story about unsolicited calls but we want them stopped. Yes have tried to telephone BT so unsympathetic and no do not want to pay for the privilege thank you. If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all.
