I am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS from mobile number 9897878867. I called up the customer care centre of AirTel for lodging the complaint. The company customer executive refused to entertain the complaint and expressed his inability to help me on the subject. He was insistent upon that I should lodge an F.I.R with police and when police writes to them, then only they will initiate any action. My son's passport has been put under hold with a premise that 'Police verification is incomplete'. Under no law a six month old baby's police verification should be done and the same has been confirmed by passport officials but still the passport is not being issued. I was traveling on KSRTC bus (KA01 FA 325) on May 21 at 2 PM when the incident occurred. An old lady boarded the train and asked where the bus was going. The conductor did not answer properly and this perplexed the old lady (over 65 yrs) with heavy load on her head.
