The phone calls start at 8am on the dot and go until 9pm Monday thru Sunday and there have been as many as 13 a day and as many as 5 in one hour. Today, I was attempted to be scammed by Quality Resources/Value Plus organization. The phone number is 1-800-475-1942 from N. Charleston, North Carolina. Beware of PO boxes. Some telemarketer from membership services will answer the phone who knows nothing. I frequently get unsolicited calls/sms of advt. nature mostly bank loans. I do not know, how on earth they get access to the database of service providers. The cell nos are supposedly to be of secret in nature and there is a Supreme court of India judgment that the persons making unsolicited calls can be booked under law. I have been having issues with this company for years. They routinely call our office and ask whoever answers the phone to "verify the shipping address" for supplies that we have never requested. Every time I attempt to cancel the order or to return it I am told that that we "approved" the order by giving the shipping address. Back in December of 2005, some 7-8 months ago, someone else said this number was a repeat offender of unsolicited phone calls. Unsolicited phone call from 972-661-8208 - a Dallas exchange. My refrigerator has been out of order since sunday july 9, 2006. I called the work ticket number 718-707-7771. I filed the complaint on monday july 7, 2006 the maintenace worker came by and told me the freezer had too much ice and to defrost it for 24 hours by leaving the freezer door open. I had to take all of my meat to my neighbor and leave my milk, eggs etc in the frigerator. The maitenance worker said that the food in the frigerator would be ok as long as i left the door open. On 05-19-06, Ii purchased a Craftsman LT100 riding lawnmower. I used the mower twice w/o incident.
