DO NOT RENT EMAILS FROM THESE GUYS! You have been warned. They will give you fake references that seem real. I rented a list and more than 70% of the emails and contacts were no good. I received less than a 0.01% open rate and the click-thru rate was non-existent. I tried to complain but they would not even return my phone calls or emails. When i finally got a hold of them they pointed to some tiny writing in the contract that said they were not liable. My salesman/con-artist was Brian Phillips. In December 2010 I signed with Worldpay for a 3 year contract that I expected to cost me $25 a month maximum since business has been slow. The cost with less than $100 in transactions was $46.78. I called and complained and they refunded $9.99 of the fee although I was told that $15.98 would be waived. We had the same experience at the Riviera Maya location 1/28/11. Many things were promised by the salesperson about the Grand Paradise Club membership which turned out to be not true. He assured us repeatedly that we had 5 business days to cancel per Mexican law with full refund. When we tried to do that, we were told that no refund was possible so we are following up with our credit card and Profeco (Mexican consumer protection agency). Purchased a Cosmetic laser machine from American Medical. They were paid $34, 900 via wire transfer as they requested April, 2010. After several months, we still have not received the machine. All we have received are empty promises that machine is on the way, followed by promises of a refund. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls.
