I got a loan on Thursday, December 11, 2008, and I paid the loan back between August 2009 and September 2009. The loan was for $500 and they chalked charges up to $880 because I didn't pay it on time, they sent the loan to Security Net LLC (collection agency). I paid the collection agency in full. Poor service in general.Staff don't care. They never come back to you. Promises made and when things don't work out all you get is sorry. Well sorry doesn't cut it. I don't think complaints are read or taken seriously. I have sent a number of complaint to head office. I have not once received a reply. I am surprised that Yamaha does not want to honor the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This is a federal law. They have had over 100 attempts to repair my Rhino (dealer has the documentation). Since Aug. 2010 Direct Tv has promised us the use of the all famous Whole Home system. Beware, it is really not whole home. You have have one DVR and recievers in each bedroom. I have received a paper in the mail from Afni Inc stating that I have a balance due totaling $214.70. It states that the original collector is Contel of the South Inc and this is their attempt to collect a past debt. They are offering that if I pay half they will consider my account settled.
