I joined FitWorks and after 1 week of working out I got hurt. I canceled my membership, or tried. I gave them the proper paperwork for canceling that they asked for. Now, 2 months later I am still calling them to find out what is going on. They keep taking money out of my bank for membership dues, yet NO BODY has called me back. Neither the local gym nor the Corp. Office has given me a return call on the matter. So, they got my "down payment" and 2 months of dues for which I only attended 1 week. I keep getting harrasing phone calls to my work and cell number from Brad Williams 1-772-245-2107 stating I took out a payday loan last winter and did not pay it back. They said that I could loose my job they were going to ruin my credit and my Social security number. I never took a loan out then and I told them to show my proof that I did because I did not do that. IntelMove ripped me off. As soon as they got my goods they started ripping me off. First, they didn't pack in front of me then later charged me for going over the amount paid for. The did little to professionally pack (didn't take off bike tires), stole several boxes of goods and damaged many others. They also sent my goods to the wrong (more expensive) port which cost me double of the entire shimpent in the first place. What a joke this company is. Take your money, dont deliver and then wont respond to emails or phone calls. I ordered Flying Noodle's 6 mth fruit delivery club. If you read their advertising it states you will receive a 5 pd box of fruit every month. However when you receive the package the post office labels the weight of the box. It is only 3 pds, each month. I ordered a Cristmas Tree from Sears and without my knowledge the Sears website redirected me to this company in which I ordered a prelit flocked alpine tree. When I received it it was much smaller then I thought and it was broken one of the branches was hanging. They told me that I could return it but at my expense and they would not refund the shipping price, this is a 6 foot tree that is going to cost a fortune to ship and I am livid. Giant Eagle Retail stores in Ohio do not train us well at all. Then the customer gets mad when things take time, and myself as an employee has to take the abuse of the customers.
