By the end of 11-2-10 still not having heard from them I again requested that they not send the order. I have experienced numerous Duracell 9 Volt coppertop batteries being "dead" right out of the newly opened package. Batteries affected have the date stamp MAR 2014 on the side of them. I have atempted to contact the consumer line but their automated voice system does not give specific guidance in reporting 9 volt battery issues. After the voice finishes its message, it automatically disconnects the call. So when I came home after work all my food in the refrigerator went bad and the whole time I thought I was experiencing a power outage in the building until I noticed all my neighbors had electricity. 61. The technician from suggested keying the new locks the same as the other door so there's only one key. This was very helpful as I thought I would have different keys for every lock. He even cleaned up the mess afterwards. There were a couple of times where I was confused if they will charge me extra for all those add-on services, but I taken by the surprise that that all was part of their service too and they charged me as promised on the phone. Our credit card was billed for $4.89 by this company. We did not recognize the charge so we called the phone number on the cc statement. That number is unlisted.
