I knew I was going to have to retire for health reasons and I would never again have the funds again to buy a new economical dependable truck so in 1998 I bought a brand new 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. Purchased an area rug and found that it did not match. Returned the rug per directions from Overstock and accepted the $17 charge. Received a notification from Overstock that the rug had a stain and we would only be refunded 25% of the purchase price. If there was a stain on the rug, it either ocurred before we received it or after it was sent back. It was returned the next day. I heard this advertisement on the radio from a marketing company "convert gas to cash" where they send you a registration form and memberships to other discount stores which i never heard of.
