I tried to order my medication on 5/25/09 and was told by their company that they were out of stock of that particular medication until 6/9/09. Then on 6/9/09 I placed my order and they debited my account for the order amount and sent me a FEDEX tracking number for shipment as promised. I was told my a represtative in loss litigation that our account would not be reported to credit during a time of trying to refi while we were put on a payment plan. The staff at Three Rivers Behavorial Health, in Lexington, S.C. is suppose to help people with mental problems, but some of the staff treat the patients like they are criminals. The Techs, Doctors, and Nurses are very inconsistent with the rules there, and some of the staff yell at the patients, making them feel like little children. Some of the staff there dis-respect the patients by yelling at them. They dimean the patients. I will never committ myself in this place again. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, i needed to get a copy of my credit report. I tried to cancel the trial the second day and still have been trying to contact the customer service to cancel, after they took money from my bank account and caused me trouble with my bank. I tried to contact all 7 days, sat on hold for 30 minutes here, 15 minutes there, everyday. We signed a one year contract with this company to display our add on their dynascan flat screen T.Vs at a local mall in our area. We signed the contract back in June of 08. Our add has never run. We had this process put on our home in May 2003. Since then the colors have faded. That I could live with, but now the trim on the windows has cracked and peeling. It looks awful. On the siding on the north side there are some cracking places also. Apparently this company has gone out of business. We purchased the liquid siding with the impression that we had a warranty for 25 years and they would come up to repair any issues at any time. I called Neiman Marcus and they said this company in no way is related to them. I ordered jeans and uploaded all my address, credit info etc, and then tried to call them. We had an extended warranty contract on our park model, heat and AC unit, through Heritage TPA in South Carolina. On May 5/9/08 Lake Fork RV & Auto replaced a bad exhaust fan motor and submitted the claim to Heritage TPA. The contract shows their address to be in Lincoln, NE but that is a false address and the phone number on the contract is not their phone number, it belongs to National Administrative Services which is affiliated with Heritage TPA but claims to have no address or phone number for Heritage. I have contacted various agencies but no one seems to be able to do anything. I have received notice that I am liable for the bill. read full review »
