The movie theater at San Jacinto mall is the worst theater I have ever been to. They charge 8 dollars per person during night-time for a small dirty theater and horrible service. This theater is so horrible that one time the worker stuck in the wrong movie and the 5 people in the theater including I had to watch the previews again. Also the theater usually has fights all the time right outside the foodcourt. What the hell kind of Mall do we have in Baytown. It actually shames me how bad this theater is not to mention the mall. I ordered 3 cell phone covers on May 1 and as of June 17 I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive has already chipped and cracked. I have called every week to inquire when the other covers will be sent out. If someone actually picks up the phone they have the same answer. It is on back order and will be shipped out next week.
