These guys know there software doesn't work but they keep selling it. In a meeting with them to discuss why our company was not coming up in the search engines as promised, they kept getting errors during the demonstration that was to prove their software worked. The Castskill, NY Post Office has been informed on numberous occassions that the mail person is placing my mail in my neighbors mail box instead of mine. Each time they either acknowledge doing so and state that it won't happen again or they clearly deny it.
