Less than honest when relating their products and use, or that you have a money back guarentee, heavy handed selling techniques, refuse to honor ending a contract with in 3 days of signing it, stated you can end the contract early except you will owe the original initial fee of $165 not the $50 deal they promised to treat inside and outside. Don't write them a check they use your rounting number to withdraw fees they think they are owed through ACH electronic debting. The complaint was regisred on 14th June 2010 and attended on the same day. The engineer informed that one of the module has to be replace. The machine is still under warranty and till date nobody has come to replace the module. The service centre personnel has no clue and just keep on reassuing that this will be solved in day. This is the second time I have tried to purchase livestock from OK Feeds and the second time I have had dead animals within 4 days. This time the entire crop was dead within 3 days. I am so angry with Citi Mortage. They scammed my husband out of property that he only owed 7-8 years on an original mortage. They didn't try to help him get a loan modification. They requested income verification, and other documents, we faxed over this information at least 2-3 times.
