I had a coupon for $75 for duct cleaning.. As soon as they arrived it was " oh look how dirty your furnace is... " and gave me a $400 estimate to clean it. The guy (Joe) was creepy and unprofessional and keep pushing on selling other services. After he left, I noticed a burnt smell and the furnace stopped blowing warm air. Grossly fraudlent over billing. I had them replace my packing gland. I had done it myself for years previously and it takes me a half hour tops. They charged me for 2.5 hours labor. Company was hired to fix furnace pump that seized and was overheating. To prevent a fire I disconnected the power supply. When technician showed up and looked at power and neutral wires in a daze he called management who told him not to work on it. Can you imagine an appliance service company that is intimidated from rehooking up the power wires? It's a joke. Needless to say when I spoke to owner he was rude, and unapologetic. I hired David Webster at Move-a-Piano.com to move my piano into storage at their Oklahoma site, and then to be moved later to my home in Utah. It is a C1 Yamaha Mark IV. It was moved with no issue.
