Today, 30/11/09, I was driving down Bailey Drive- Bootle when I was almost forced of the road by an Iceland Heavy Goods Vehicle. This incedent happened at 1500. To make things worse, when I beeped my car horn to gain his attention towards his stupidity, he just looked at me and continued with his aggressive driving. Then had to contiously key in NO for different "upgrades" that we did not want. Hello, I am lodging complaint against Jyotika Gas and Domestic Appliances, for not behaving properly on telephone, my wife called them to book the gas cylinder but response was too bad and hopeless voice, you must teach them the manners to speak on telephone, you are service provider not 'Tanashah'. DnB has the worst system. They only collect information from people who feel like reporting and information is not verified. Anybody can call dun and bradstreet and provide any info they like. As a business owner, they will call and update their records and I can tell them our sales are 50 million a year, with 10 locations and over 1000 employees.
