There is an incorrect phone number on the Special Order Contract Guest Copy tickets for the Columbus, NE store. #3251. when I call this number, 402-562-9167, the operator comes on and says the number is disconnected. The taking of ther pictures was good, but the woman told us our pictures would be ready August 6th. We show up around noon that day and she said they were not in, but should be in by three. We call them and they said they'll be in tomorrow. They are yet to be in. We have plans to go on vacation and now that is not going to happen, because our pics are late. I have had a terrible experience with the MPINGI customer care ('care' is not the word they should be using). When I ordered for their phone service, I received the unit after a month. I would like to know why it takes so long for the service to be restored once you have sent the western union payment. 1st you must wait 5 to 6 hours for the western union payment to post when it only takes 15 minutes in most cases to post, but even after it has posted to your account there is another waiting period of 2 to 24 hours for the service to be reinstalled. I too do not know how this company got my information but before I knew it they were charging me a monthly fee on a credit card...when I called to have the money refunded...you will get an automated response telling you to press "1" to cancel your membership or go to cancel.american-leisure.com ...that is the only option you will get when calling so it seems that this is set up to be a scam from the "git-go" These people should be tracked down and prosecuted for illegal practices such as this! Call one week ago, took them five days to come out, and then they were an hour late, no less 6:30pm on a Friday. The guy came in complained about the tight closet the washer was in, then made a phone call, tested the door latch, and told me the "computer was gone on the washer" Because it was so late on Friday he could not tell how long it would take to get the part or cost. This bike is a pile of crap I recommend not buying this bike because the electrical system is bad. The bike doesn't shift properly. It even stays in first whenever it's in neutral.. Telelperformance or TPUSA (and CallTech Communications-which is not part of Teleperformance) has been ripping off its employees by not paying them for all the hours worked. I had a 5:30 pm reservation for a New York-to-Boston bus trip on Friday (August 1, 2008). I arrived at the Megabus' stop at 4:30 pm. There was a bus waiting and there were seats still available. I purchased a stair lift from Acorn Stair lifts. The chair lift required repair. I phoned Acorn to see who I should take the chair to. They sent me to their closest dealer to me which is in Indianapolis (60 miles away). The repair man made several trips, unable to fix the chair. Then he took my chair to his shop in Indianapolis. I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge. Company wont give the EPA certification for the xm-155. The MCO provided did not say it met EPA standards so DMV in Oregon wont license the scooter. Cant get it street legal without the EPA certification. Ive been trying to get it for TWO MONTHS from customer service. So I wind up with an expensive YARD ORNAMENT!! The parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me (Paranaque City Manila, Philippines) yesterday from Montevideo Uruguay, July 31, 2008 was not delivered due to the loss of a certain item inside the package.
