My son has been using a prepaid calling card from this co; and it has the phone number on back with the code also. To my surprise it has just showed up on my phone bill for the first use he made 7/31/08. The company on the bill is called Coinjock and I am being charged .08 per min after he has bought the card. As a preschool owner/director I use their copy center for relatively large copy jobs of school worksheets we use each day of each month. Heretofore, I've been very please with the customer service. I bought a Clipacell for my cell phone at the Ohio State Fair from Tom Patterson, of Patterson Services, LLC. It was guaranteed for life, period. It broke in only 2 weeks. I contacted the company, they said no problem they would replace it. That was over 2 weeks ago, now they won't answer the phone or my emails. I don't get it. Could have been a great product, the customer service is LOUSY! I would still like to try the product again, after all I did pay for it and they owe me a new one. I forwarded my mail online on *8/3/08 and confirmed with the Seattle, WA office that it was forwarded and will take 10-14 days. I frequent the post office in Damascus and have never been treated so badly. When Eileen was in charge of the office the service was so customer friendly and this woman took care of our needs and offered all services available so our packages were sent timely and we felt very secure knowing our mailing needs were met. I had a small problem before I reached customer service. I had placed an order to go to two students that had departed to Iraq. The package was lost and never delivered. With the assistance of a supervisor who went "over and beyond" to make sure that the package was delivered to one my students father to have the cigars forwarded to them. The supervisor was very professional and very courteous! Was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. Apparently the $307 "estimate" I received upon giving Budget my credit card over the phone didn't include a 150 deposit I wasn't told of, or a $50 unexplained charge (later I was told it would be refunded but I haven't yet received it). I have a problem with my Honda unicorn the bike. The bike starts but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. Some time during travel if I change the gears the moment I leave the clutch the engine stops and jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem. I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, changing the diaphragm in the carburetor. Engine de-carb. Nothing seams to work.
