I ordered some glass from this company on January 6. My check card was immediately charged $65.35. But, nothing arrived. I called several times - no one ever answers. I sent several emails that went without response. Finally on the 26th I got someone on the line who told me my items were backordered (they couldn't tell me sooner?) so I cancelled the order. I had called the claims department to verify that repairs to my RV rooftop air conditioner would be covered, and they assured me it was. I submitted a cash paid receipt for the repairs in January, 2011 and now they are refusing to honor the claim. They sent me a request for additional information on February 14th, which I responded to the same day, and the claims representative actually told me he could just continue to say they never received it and not reimburse the claim. Not only are they known for price gouging, but are also known for throwing away the Bio waste in trash cans at complexes and or the dump. I decided to enroll with AccuStaffing in hopes I would get a job so I can pay my rent and bills. What got was exactly the opposite. For one, they promise prompt employment, and I never got so much as a call from them until about 4 months later. Second, they called me on an old number that I told them to update to my new number 3 times before that. I authorized a one-time fee for services I requested from this company on April 11, 2011. That same day my bank statement showed additional charges that I did not authorize. I called this company and was told that the unauthorized amount would be taken off my statement within 24 hours. I reviewed my credit card statement for the last two months and saw monthly charges of approximately twenty four dollars to Value Plus Monthly. I did not authorize these charges and want the charges to stop immediately and be reimbursed for my previous payments. Having mysteriously lost one of 9 parcels I sent with them their customer service chose to lie about it and claim they had delivered all 9 parcels.They changed their story about when they had delivered the parcels but simply ignored the fact that their agent's (DHL) tracking system showed that one of the parcels had not been delivered although I even sent them a print off. This company is a joke! Our company had a very urgent parcel that was needed to be delivered to Royal Swazi Sun for permits. At 8:30 they were called to come pick up the parcel for delivery the next day. They said they had no problem and it will be picked up a.s.a.p. At 10 o clock still no driver and they were called again. At 3 0 clco they were callaed again. At 3:45 we were told a driver was in the area and he will pick the parcel up soon. The only thing that was missing was the knife to my back when the locksmith took my money. At 9 pm on a Saturday night, a locksmith named Carmon from the company Call4Locksmith in the Las Vegas site told me that he will have to drill my locks because he can’t unlock the two bolts. As Carmon was doing this, he is throwing prices at me for the two locks, the drilling, and the service.
